Steve 4 x 200m : Beach Intervals 2 x 1km, 2 x 1500m Hills

This morning Steve ran 4 x 200m after running in the mountains this week. Today an early morning run for me down to the beaches at low tide, 2 x 1km on beach, 2 x 1500m Hill Time Trials to finish. Later in the day an easy recovery run and a swim.
