Beach Intervals 5 x 500m ; 4 x 2km ; 2 x 1500m Hill Repeats

Morning run down to the beach and back for a set of 5 x 500m Beach intervals on hard packed sand at turn of the tide. The weather has moved the sand around a lot. The surf beach car park is now covered in sand. Later in the day 4 x 2km Beach Intervals with the dog and 2 x 1500m Hill Repeats, 17km for the day.
