Beach Intervals 6 x 2km, 10 x 100m at Race Pace : Training Update ; Return to Parkrun?

Morning Beach session at Surf Beach on a falling tide in ideal conditions. The session: Warm up, 6 x 2km, 10 x 100m at Race Pace, Warm down. A second run on low tide with the dog, 18km for the day. I'm half way through this preparation training block, on track to resume structured training after New Year. I've had no problems running consecutive days of 100m strides at race pace without niggles. I am likely to resume running at Parkrun this weekend to shake out the legs although weather is likely to be wet. I'll make a decision on Friday lunch.
