Steve 3 x 800m (2:51,2:50,2:52),1 Minute Recovery ; Coast Trail and Golf Course Hill Run 11.5km

Steve ran 3 x 800m efforts on an Athletics Track this morning. Splits:2:51,2:50,2:52 with 1 minute Recovery. Overnight rain clearing to showers by morning, cloudy, some wind and rough surf at High Tide. Munchkin and I opted for a hilly 11.5km session on the Golf Course and a 4 km warm down from home on the Coast Trail. Another run in the afternoon. 20km for the day, 150km last 7 days.
