Saignon

This morning a longish run of 75 minutes up to the perched village of Saignon, done from the hotel. Tried to follow an old roman road to the village, got stuck in thick bush, ended up in a newly ploughed wheat field and the sound of a vicious barking dog...the next time I will stick to the road. Grabbed a handful of cherries from a stray tree, they are now fully ripe and delicious.

Stunning photos Bruce, love the little pique niques you and Minnie are always having...

Your running is good too, me, well I have only managed to get three runs in since you have been gone, two BBQs and one MDC :o(

Not very happy about that, too much to do at work, I have been working every Saturday now for six weeks, time to get another job as I think my work is starting to wear me out.

BTW look out for those doggies, woof woof, who let the dogs outs:o)

Talk soon
