Keith in Bega : 2 x 1400m + 200m ; New Shoes

Yesterday Keith the usual warm up and warm down. The set: 2 x 1450m in 4:45 + 200m in 33 seconds.

I'm into 5 days with new shoes, most of the niggles from running in old shoes have gone away. Last two days just running to work and back in the evening, 18km each day. Tomorrow on track duty. I may run a 3000m late before handing out place cards...let's see if the weather holds up first. Regardless I'll do 15km or more in the morning before heading out to track.
