Keith in Bega : 16 x 100m

Keith in Bega today long warm up followed by 16 x 100m jog bend stride straights on grass track. The weather was awful, did well just to get a session in. Times started at 20 seconds, reduced to 17 seconds per 100m.

I missed a session, only 2km for day, jet lag big time. I had a much better sleep last night, will be back running again today with a session this afternoon.
