Stromlo XC Intervals 3 x 600m

A short session at Stromlo XC circuit this morning. 5km all up including 3 x 100m strides and 3 x 600m efforts with 400m jog recovery. Splits: 1:49,1:47,1:47. Later in the day a recovery run to make 16km for the day, 116km last 7 days.

It was a struggle this morning, fatigue from a few hard weeks and sessions. I reduced the recovery run to get my mojo back.

Next set has been moved to Monday (normal for track season), track on Thursday (3000m as intervals), 1500m as pacing session, 10km hilly fun run on Sunday. Just easy running in between.
