Long Run including 4 x 600m Track Intervals

Long run this morning included a stop off at track for 4 x 600m intervals. Splits: 1:52,1:52,1:51,1:50. 5 x 100m strides before that with quickest in 14 seconds. It was windy in the home straight.

All up today 24km. I should be at 140km for the week on Friday before easing off the volume again.

Next set on Tuesday 5 x 3 minute XC intervals with 60 seconds jog recovery. Track has finished in Canberra. I will hold my own event on Thusrday evening.
