Long Recovery Run 20km ; Stromlo XC 5 x 3 minute efforts 60 seconds recovery ; BBQ Stakes

Yesterday a 20km recovery run. This morning Helen 5 x 3 minute efforts with 60 seconds jog recovery. At the same venue this afternoon solo with 5 x 100m, 4 x 200m lactate set. It was very windy.

Tomorrow a low key 6km play race at lunch time, known as the BBQ Stakes. I am vegetarian. It will be done in the reverse direction as normal, most folk say it is quicker. I'll see if it is true.
