Secret Blog for Killing Track and Parkrun PBs

Pre-dawn runs from home until the sun began to rise before shifting to Glasshouse Rocks Beaches on dead low tide with Munchkin the Border Collie. Weather sunny, warm, no wind, great weather for being outdoors. I recovered well from Parkrun yesterday. I'll resume race pace training as early as Tomorrow.

Still, Humid morning at Parkrun Panboola Wetlands, 1st in 18:49. My last three Parkruns have been faster week on week although progress is just chipping away from the times. I felt much better during the run today than previous weeks. The run today was without Competition leading all of the run after the first 300m. The trip south was more than just about Parkrun spending lots of the time at the beach with Munchkin the Border Collie.
