Local Runs 20km ; Boathouse Cafe ; Afternoon Recovery Run ; Training Update

Cold morning for running today, unsuitable for fast running. All running done from home taking in all the sights including a stop off at the Boathouse cafe for Breakfast and return back Home, 20km for the Morning. In the afternoon a slow recovery run of 19.5km, 420km last 7 days. Training Update: Having missed Parkrun on Saturday due to the Event being Cancelled (Flooded Course) training for the remainder of the week will focus on some Race Pace efforts to maintain form.
