Yesterday morning a road trip to meet up with my training partner for a 17km run on all types of terrain along the coast including golf course, single track and lots of hills. In the afternoon I did a second threshold run on my Hill Loop and spied a couple of humpback whales off Shore.I had given up on the whales this week but the odd stragler is still coming past. It has been a great whale spotting season. Soon enough the Whales will start moving north again.
