All Terrain Run 65 minutes ; Whale Spotting

This morning a drive south to Run with my new training partner on our second run together. The run today started on the flat of Fosters Bay and linked up with other sectors of the course as we ran and talked on the hills including the steep Golf Course, and some cross country sectors, To Bar Beach and Spectacular views of the Island included spotting of Humpback Whales moving through the waters. The run 65 minutes all up at a similar pace to our previous run done at close to threshold pace without much effort from either of us. In the afternoon more Humpback Whales spotted across the road, close to shore.
