Long Intervals

35 degrees today, out early, back to Isaacs Ridge for some shade and the nice surface with the view on the pines aquaduct trail. 4 x 5-6 minute intervals with a couple of minutes to regroup between each effort.

Of me: Only exercise yesterday was a cycle home with Minnie from the NYE festivities at 2am. 8.5km@17.5kph
