AIS Track ; Bega Track : 4-5 x 800m intervals

Both Keith and I did a similar session today in different parts of the country.

In Bega (Keith) 5 x 800m (2:45,2:41,2:37,2:37,2:35)

At AIS (Me) 4 x 800m (2:37,2:37,2:38,2:38)

So not very much between us at the moment, Keith is going well.

Of me: Roughly 4 seconds quicker each effort than last week but had faster shoes. I did feel much better and right in the middle of my target zone. Next week the aim will be for all of them 2:35 or better.

Still sitting on 120km per week and almost finished my third week at that level. Another 3 weeks to go before I give myself an easier week if all goes well.
