Stromlo XC : 6,5,4,3,2,1 Minute Efforts, 60 seconds recovery

Stromlo XC circuit 6,5,4,3,2,1 minute efforts at 10km pace reducing to 1500m pace by last effort, 60 seconds jog recovery all done on hilly loop. Perfect weather for running, cool and no wind, track lush.

All up this morning 12km including 5 x 100m strides. Six of us out there, Kathy and Ann best of the girls.

This afternoon a long recovery run. Tomorrow morning on the track again with some 5000m paced efforts incorporated into a long run from home.
