The set: Warm up, 6 x 100m strides, 3 x 600m efforts with 2 minutes recovery, warm down. Splits: 1:54,1:50,1:47. An identical set to 5 days ago, quicker on all the efforts without straining. First time this year all the efforts 3:10/km or better. First time a single effort under 3:00/km.
Just easy running until Thursday at track and either 3000m or 5000m.
