Morning set at Stromlo solo. Weather cool, very windy, some light drizzle. The set 2000m, 1500m, 1000m, 500m efforts with 500m jog recovery. Pace started at 3:40s/km working down to 3:14/km. All up 17km for the morning including a long warm down.

Tomorrow morning a long run on forest trails.
