Stromlo XC Intervals 4 x 800m, 200m recovery

Early morning set at Stromlo XC circuits. Weather cool, no wind, heavy dew on grass. The set: Warm up, 5 x 100m strides, 4 x 800m with 200m jog recovery, warm down. Splits: 2:36,2:34,2:31,2:29. The splits well up on the same set three days ago. Training form the best it's been since March 2019.

Next sets will include time trials. I'll wait for some good weather later this week. An afternoon recovery run to make 17km for the day, 122km last 7 days.
