Morning Hill Loop incl 2 x 1500m Hills : Steve 1500m Track 4:49 2nd

Morning run from home on an 8km hill loop I do regularly. Today I ran 2 loops of the course including a 1500m full gas effort up the steepest hill on each lap. In the afternoon an easy warm down, another 20km day, 140km for the week. I'll wind the volume back to 120km/week and hold until after the World Masters Athletics Cross Country Championships (short course, 4km relay, 6km mixed individual) that commence on 18th February. On Friday short leg speed intervals, Saturday Parkrun. This evening Steve ran a 1500m track race in 4:49 with a 73 second closing lap.
