Morning Run incl Short Fartlek Intervals + 1x1500m Hill

A scheduled easier day, weather much cooler than previous days. In the morning a run to the beach and return with the dog. A couple of hours later off to a different beach at low tide for a set of short fartlek intervals to keep the leg speed moving and finished off with a 1500m Hill effort. Saturday Parkrun, expected to be windy as a cold change in weather rolls through. I only have 2 Parkruns until World Masters XC Championships. I'll have to run both of them solid to keep the form up.
