Stromlo XC Intervals 5 x 3 minutes, 60 second float recovery

Stromlo XC circuit today for a lunch time session. Weather warm and windy. Just me and Helen.

The set: Warm up, 5 x 3 minute efforts on hilly loops, 60 seconds float recovery, warm down. All up 10km for the session, 7km in the afternoon as recovery, 125km last 7 days.
