Recovery Run 19km Steve 5 x 3 Minutes 1 Minute Recovery

Morning recovery run of 19km, all on grass. Balloons were up, sky blue, hardly a breeze, chilly at first warming quickly. Typical Canberra autumn day. No sets planned this week but possible. Steve did a short set of 5 x 3 minutes, 1 minute recovery.
