Stromlo XC 18km : Steve 6,5,4,3,2,1 minutes

Gloomy morning run at Stromlo XC circuits of 18km including three 500m strides and eight 100m hill strides. Hamstrings feeling better although not ready for structured training yet. No rush. Steve ran 6,5,4,3,2,1 minute efforts with 2 minutes recovery, pace increasing with each effort.
