Before the track session, me 4 x 800 2:26-2:28, 60 seconds recovery.
Heidze 1500m in 3 efforts, paced by me at 20s/100m. 1000m, 300m, 200m. 40 seconds recovery between efforts. Last 200 in 36.
Mia and Kathy 4-5 x 200m in 40 seconds, 60 seconds recovery.
Helen paced by me 4 x 200m in 40 seconds, 60 seconds recovery.
Emma a cold, something light and speedy.
Minnie 4 x 6 minute intervals, 1 minute recovery with the dirty dog.
