AIS Iron Study : VO2 max test part 2

An 8am start using the same protocols as the previous tests. Mnnie and I undertaking the tests this morning.

For me the set: 4 x 4 minutes on treadmill at 15,16,17,18 kph with 1 minute recovery. 5 Minute break. Progressive 4 minute effort up to 18kph followed by increasing gradient until exhaustion which was at 6:30.

The results: Minnie a definite improvement.. me similar to last test 6 weeks ago.
