Long Run #20 25km
Same long run as last week (West Basin LBG from home anti-clockwise) except much quicker. Minnie started in front of me (same loop), saw Michelle at half way who was running other direction (said Minnie was just up ahead), saw Steve and Jane in the car not long after I saw Michelle. Temperature in the mid-20s but felt much hotter with full sun.
All up 25km in 101 minutes with the middle 20km well under 4:00/km. By comparison the splits from last week and this week.
