Track Efforts : 2000m, 4 x 200m

Up early for a run to the track and back. Sunny and 7 degrees at 730am, made it to 10 degrees when I hit the track.

The set: 4.5km warm up, 5 x 100m (19,17,15,14.9), 400m jog, 2000m 6:39 (even paced with beeping watch at 20/100m, no kick), 200m jog, 4 x 200m with 200m jog recovery in 60 seconds (32,33,33,33), 5.5km warm down (last kilometre with dog).

. I didn't feel great today after three sessions in four days. Looking forward to Tuesday through Friday next week when I can rest up a bit.

Next set tomorrow afternoon on grass. See how I'm feeling to decide what to do. It won't be much.
