Track Intervals 800m Set : Lactate 4 x 200m

On track, some smoke haze again from a control burn, very windy, warm. Just Steve and myself.

The set: Warm up in bush, 5 x 100m (18,17,15,14,14), 800m jog, 4 x 200m with 200m jog recovery in 60 seconds (Splits: 30.7,31.8,31.4,31.0 Me / Steve 30.3). Warm down in bush plus warm down with dog.

Another great set. We were buffeted by wind on 2nd and 3rd efforts and our best set on shorter break.

Next set tomorrow morning 3 x 1000m XC Intervals. I will do something in the evening on track, maybe only assisting the girls. After that into taper mode. I need to make final preparations for a 10000m, Steve final preparations for an 800m, our first events at Australian Masters Athletic Championships.
