Long Run ; Stromlo XC 5 x 200m

This morning warm and windy, continued to get more windy during the day, rain on the way.

An 85 minute long recovery run in the morning on single track and dirt roads. After looking at the forecast I snuck in a speed session at Stromlo in the afternoon. It was a short session of 6km including 5 x 200m efforts. Splits: 36, 34, 33, 31, 29. 23km for the day.

Tomorrow I'm in taper mode, just a 15km recovery run. I'm still hoping to get in one more session on track before I leave for Perth on Tuesday evening.
