BBQ Steaks Maximum Threshold Intervals 6,7,8 Minutes 6km 22:58

Warm and sunny at this lunchtime run on hilly XC in middle section. Today done as 6,7,8 minute intervals with 60 seconds float recovery plus one short bug in the eye stop. Helen did as 6 x 3 minute efforts with 30 seconds float after 10 minutes warm up, Jaffa the dog off leash, just over 31 minutes.

Next two sessions will be a set of strides around 30 seconds and a set of 600m efforts at 800m-1500m pace. Looking at Friday and Saturday morning for those sets, around 135km this week.
