Long recovery run 17km

A very wet and windy Monday. I watched the rain from my office window, everything looking bleak. The rain soon cleared, the wind didn't ease. I got out there late afternoon and found somewhere deserted, less exposed to the wind and dry underfoot to run 17km, maintaining 120km+ into my fourth week of this base building block. More muscle mass on my legs, less flab.

It looks like the wind will ease late afternoon on Tuesday and continue through Wednesday before the rain comes again. I'll double up on Tuesday and Wednesday with sessions at the track. It's looking wet on Saturday at Parkrun.
