Beach Intervals 2 x 1500m ; 2 x 1500m Hill ; Training Update

Early morning run on Cemetery Beach with Munchkin the Border Collie. Basically a repeat of yesterday using my phone torch to get down to the beach on single track followed by 2 x 1500m out and back on fast hard packed sand. We weren't racing each other today due to lack of light. In the afternoon 2 x One Mile Hill Efforts, long warm down, 17km for the day. Tomorrow will complete Week 10 of this training Block. Weekly training volume was built up to a maximum of 122km/week on 2nd June.The Weather was not great for running in Canberra Today, Steve delayed his run and ran easy later in the day around a lake. With the days getting colder I won't commence structured training until I commence Block 2 when the weather warms in a month or two.
