Steve Stromlo XC Intervals 4 x 500m ; Hill Loop 5km ; Long Recovery Run 12km

Morning set at Stromlo XC Circuits of 4 x 500m. Splits: 1:39,1:35,1:36,1:34. A top set from Steve as he builds up the form again. Dull and grey here with a salty sea mist. Great running weather. I ran a hilly 5km loop I usually do in the afternoon. Very steep 2km climb to the highest local point before dropping down the other side to near sea level again, always with sea or river views. I'll run again later in the day, 12km as recovery.
