Pre-Dawn Warm Up Run 3km ; Hill Loop 10km ; Afternoon Recovery Run 8km

More rain overnight which pushed out to sea before dawn with storm cells and lightning visible on the horizon. I ran a 3 km warm up followed by my regular 10km Hill Loop at near top pace. In the afternoon an 8km recovery Run. It is only a month or so until my next Half Marathon which will be run on a hilly, often windy course I've run on many times.
