Grass XC Intervals : 4 x 600m, 1:30 jog recovery ; San Sebastian Camino del Norte

Lunchtime session on grass cross country surface. Normal venue was closed due to cores and sand fill. Set: Warm up, 4 x 600m XC efforts, warm down. 5km for the set,12 km recovery run in the afternoon with Milli the border collie. Splits on the slow side due to surface: 2:15,2:07,2:06,1:58. 124km last 7 days. Into week 5 of this training block.

Tomorrow is the weekly 6km threshold XC run at BBQ Stakes.

I'll be spending a week in Spain on the Camino del Norte route, post Marathon de Paris in April 2020.
