3km Warm Up ; Local Run 11km ; Warm Down ; 10km Hill Loop ; Sydney Half Marathon Count Down

A Pre-dawn 4km warm up from home before heading out on an 11km run mostly on an undulating bike path. Weather cool, sunny, light breeze. In the afternoon a run on my 10km Hill Loop. It's just over 4 weeks until I race the Sydney Half Marathon.
