7km ; 10km Hill Loop ; Warm Down ; Afternoon Run ; Sydney Half Marathon Training Update ; Nike Alphafly 3 or Nike Vaporfly 4
All runs done from home this morning 7km as a warm up before running my 10km Hill Loop. Weather full Sun, no wind.In the afternoon a second Run. It's 4 weeks until the Sydney Half Marathon. After many weeks of solid training and decent Weather, yesterday was the first time I had an 'off day'so skipped the afternoon run. It was a good choice with my Hill Loop session as good as ever and plenty of energy for the run and right on my maximum Threshold again. This morning I chose the Nike Alphafly 3 instead of Nike Vaporfly 4. I'll keep rotating between the two and decide on or just before race day for my final choice.
