On track, by self, 5 x 600m in 1:48 on a 3 minute cycle. 10 minute break. Then with the happy face group, 400m(66),300m(49),200m(32)[DR too quick for me] on 3 minute cycle, 2 sets (6 efforts), 10 minute break between sets.
