Long Intervals : XC

Soccer at the track this morning, the group out at Stromlo XC Circuit early, 6,5,4,3,2,1 minute intervals, 1-2 minute recovery between efforts, all at 5-10km pace...then coffee

KM in the last 7 days=125. So glad to say that because it is my first 120km+ week in 3 months (since I tapered for the 5km that was rained out, 10km and half marathon). Not that I had been training easier, more that the interval sessions, heat, rain, odd niggle etc had forced 1-2 lighter days each week. A few more big mileage weeks before I lighten off again. I'll make a yudgement after the 10km on Feb 10th.
