World Masters Athletics Championships 2018 : Taper Day 10 : 4km Jog

Morning run was from hotel to main track including start loop of the 10km and half marathon. Weather was OK for running at 8am. It heats up to around 30 by noon. There is some wind around every day. It's not extreme. My run was only 20 minutes. I felt great. There should be no excuses for my first race tomorrow in the cross country. I may do some strides later in the day.

The course for the 10km and Half Marathon was changed in the program to the one advised earlier. It's a shame as it went from as little as 8 corners for the half marathon to around 40, 20 for the 10km. A good start will be important. The early roads are narrow and rough where all the corners are.
