Saint Malo Day 4 : 2000m, 1500m, 1000m, 1000m beach intervals

Morning run on beach a couple of hours away from low tide. Softer sand and water in sections affected final 300m of all intervals. Sunny and warm.

The set: Warm up, 6 x 100m strides, 2000m 6:57 (3:24,3:32), 1500m 5:07, 1000m 3:19, 1000m 3:22, warm down. All up 13km for morning set. Warm down extra was a long walk and an easy 5km recovery run around midday.

Next set I will work on strides and 600m efforts
