Forest Trails Recovery Run 17km

Minus 4.7 degrees overnight, the sun came out making things easier for running mid-morning. An easy 17km run from home on forest trails through the Arboretum and return. Next set on Thursday a set of 3 x 500m efforts, 1 minute recovery followed by 3-4 short intervals of 45 seconds with equal duration recovery. Easy running Friday. Saturday a 10km road race.
