Steve 3 X 800m : Beach Run and Intervals 5 X 3 Minutes

Morning set for Steve of 3 X 800m. Splits 2:45,2:47,2:43 on wet grass. I split the training into two again. Long run in the morning with the dog, tide coming in. In the afternoon an interval set of 5 X 3 minutes, 1 minute recovery at dead low tide. 20km for the day, 134km last 7 days. Thursday and Friday expected to be rain, I'm front loading early part of this week.
