Half Marathon Week Morning 17km Run incl Beach Intervals 2 x 1km

Morning run to the beach and return including a set of 2 x 1km beach intervals at low tide on hard packed sand. It's too close to the half marathon to do anything that will risk injury. Just steady running from here until Sunday. I expect to jog Parkrun on Saturday on the way to Canberra with time to collect my race bib.
