Cool and windy at Parkrun Panboola Wetlands 1st 17:20. I was aware of the wind before I travelled. Still worth the effort coming down. Splits (500m): 1:39,1:39,1:42,1:41,1:40,(dead turn,1:47),1:43,1:46,1:48,1:40. Sunday long recovery run. Next long interval set on Monday or Tuesday.
