Pea Soup Fog Race Pace Run 11km incl 1 x 1500m, 4 x 1km, 1 x 1500m Hill Time Trial, Warm Down

Late start to the morning run, I slept in, pea soup fog didn't wake me. Out the door not long before low tide I was motivated to fit in a race pace 11km done as Intervals to link up the beaches with XC trail sections as recovery. Beach sections were very fast on hard packed sand. Intervals: 1 x 1500m, 4 x 1km, 1 x 1500m Hill Time Trial to finish at full gas. Long warm down later in the day.
