Long Run : Short Intervals

Loads of running again today in anticipation of catastrophic conditions tmoz. Started the day with a run over Black Mtn to work, after work run to the track, intervals session with Helen and Kathy, run home.

The session (all did the same): 400m 69, 300m 51, 200m 31 (all with 2 minute recovery), 2 minute break, 400m 69, 300m 51, 200m 32 (all with 1 minute recovery). That in 36 degree heat and full sun and wind...not pleasant.
