Power Intervals : 10 x 25 second hills

Out on the bush tracks in the hot afternoon, the track still with wheelchair races. 6km warm up followed by 10 x 25 second hills up a moderate incline...just me and Helen (having missed yesterday due to a flat phone battery.

In the morning 18km over the mountain and back. Two more days until clocking up 5 weeks of 120km+ (max out at 137km), then a mini-taper for the ACT 10000m championships on January 31.
